How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website under the “Track Order” section or directly with the courier.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We ship across the UK. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) costs £4.99 for orders under £50 and is free for orders over £50. We also offer next-day delivery for an additional fee, which you can select at checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@dubaichocolatefactory.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 3-7 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@dubaichocolatefactory.co.uk with your order details, and we’ll resend the confirmation or investigate the issue.
